We have a sophisticated manufacturing unit, which is fully equipped with ultra modern machines. These machines assists us in carrying out the production processes easily and smoothly. All our machines are based on innovative technology, which ensures their high efficiency and enhanced up-time. Quality Assurance
Our company is committed towards offering the best quality electronic equipments to its customers. Consequently, we follow a quality assurance policy in our business activities. According to this policy, we conduct various inspections on the incoming stock of raw materials, to ensure the conformity of their quality with the global standards. Also, all the stages of production are checked / supervised by our quality analysts, who ensure that everything is going as per the required standards and customer's requirements. In addition, the finished products are also checked thoroughly, to ensure that they are innovative and flawless. The finalized products are checked on following parameters:
All our business operations are handled and managed by a team of expert personnel. All our personnel work diligently, in coordination of our customers, to ensure that we are designing and manufacturing our electronic equipments strictly according to their designs and specifications. Our personnel are highly experienced in their sphere of work and have good knowledge of the electronic industry. We have about 12 to 15 electronics engineers, who work in harmony with the other personnel to ensure that all our production targets are successfully met within the stipulated time. Our personnel also ensure that there is minimum wastage during the production process and the the production rate is increased continuously.
Research & Development
We have a well-developed research and development wing, which is completely equipped with various equipments and tools. These tools and equipments are based on innovative technology and assists our research personnel to carry out rigorous researches on the new developments in the field of electronics. On the basis of researches conducted, they prepare reports that are further analyzed by our researchers to check the feasibility of development with respect to our company's resources and products. Based on these researches, we are able to improvise on the quality and performance aspect of our products along with ensuring that the products can easily withstand different temperature variations.
